- Pickup time will be arranged based on your actual flight arrival time. In case of flight delays, the driver will adjust the pickup time according to the latest flight status.
- The pickup location is the designated meeting area at Taoyuan International Airport. Detailed meeting instructions will be provided before departure.
- Please select the appropriate vehicle according to your actual number of passengers and luggage. Additional vehicles and charges may apply if the vehicle capacity is exceeded.
- Please inform us in advance if you require a child safety seat, booster seat, oversized luggage (such as golf bags, strollers, wheelchairs), or any special arrangements.
- Pets or animals are not allowed unless declared and confirmed in advance. Please inform us before booking if you need to bring a pet, and additional charges may apply. If the service cannot be completed due to incorrect flight information provided by the passenger, failure to arrive at the agreed meeting time or location, related costs and responsibility will be borne by the passenger.
- In case of bad weather, traffic restrictions, road closures, or other force majeure situations, the transfer schedule may be adjusted accordingly.
※ Free waiting time: The driver will wait up to 90 minutes from the actual flight landing time. If passengers have not arrived at the meeting point after the waiting period, it will be considered a voluntary cancellation and no refund will be provided.
